Yoga classes held at Jete' Dance Studio ~ Rogers

(Tucked in the corner of the 'L' part of the building in between an optical store and a karate studio.)
To register for yoga classes at Jete:
Need a minimum of 3 people to hold classes.
Confirmations will always be sent out the evening before either way to avoid any confusion.
If you would prefer to rsvp via text, please email me your request.
*Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat*

Yoga~
This is a perfect class for anyone that is either new to yoga or for the experienced. It is designed to stretch you head to toe and give you a nice flow of Hatha style yoga asanas that will both challenge and relax you.
Core Strength
A fun and positive class environment designed to build core strength, build stamina, and improve balance...
For best results, attend yoga right after Core Strength and feel better than you have in years!
Yoga for Cancer Survivors
This class is designed for anyone moving through the difficult journey of cancer. We work on breath techniques, relaxation, meditation and light body work. The focus is all about how special the mind/body connection is, which will help reduce stress and anxiety and promote a sense of wellbeing.

When our core is strong, our whole body is strong Balance is something we all possess, but rarely take time to fine tune... Investing in our balance skills promotes injury prevention Flexibility is important to maintain... Without it we fight movement, which in turn can result in injury Breathing correctly is actually learned, as many of us submit to tension and our breath becomes shallow... We can retrain our method of breathing to relax day to day Focus is difficult with everyday pressures and schedules... We all need to slow down and find that inner focus ~
The art of yoga encompasses all of those elements that we need in our lives and people of all ages will notice a difference in how they feel. Many people are concerned that they are not flexible or strong enough, to do yoga. Let me reassure you that you are in the right place. I want you to come in and begin exactly where you are in your fitness level! My philosophy is based on being gentle with yourself and your body ~ The gift of movement is a treasure!
